Don't want to parse the jargon? Our expert will explain in plain English what this vehicle means for your budget — and whether it's worth bidding.
Ask an expert ↑Rear-end damage is the classic result of being hit while parked or in traffic. It often looks superficial, but the trunk structure, frame rails, and mounting points are frequently compromised beneath the surface.
Our advice: Have the body geometry checked on a frame-straightening bench after purchase, and inspect the rear shock absorbers for hidden wear.

Remedy: Owners are advised to park their vehicles outside and away from structures until the remedy is completed. Dealers will install a new fuse and wire extension kit as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed starting May 16, 2023. Owners may contact Hyundai customer service at 1-855-371-9460. Hyundai's number for this recall is 244.
