1. About the site

The MaxUsAutos website is an information service for sourcing vehicles from US auctions (Copart, IAAI, Manheim, and others) and obtaining a preliminary estimate of the cost of delivery to Ukraine.

Use of the site is free of charge. Vehicle sourcing, purchase, and delivery services are provided under a separate agreement concluded with a manager.

2. Lot data in the catalogue

Information about lots (photos, prices, auction dates, condition) is sourced from auctions via data aggregators and updated automatically. An auction may modify or withdraw a lot at any time, so the data in the catalogue is for reference purposes only and does not constitute a public offer.

The manager verifies final information about a specific lot before placing a bid.

3. Cost calculator

The calculator provides a preliminary turnkey cost estimate based on current tariffs, the NBU exchange rate, and the formulas set out in the Tax Code of Ukraine (customs duty, excise tax, VAT). This is an estimate, not a final price: an exact calculation for a specific lot is provided by the manager.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, design, and logo of the site belong to the service owner. Lot photographs belong to the respective auctions and are used for informational purposes.

5. Liability

We aim to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee the absence of errors in data received from third parties (auctions, exchange rates). Any decision to bid is always confirmed with the manager.
