Privacy Policy.
In short: we collect only what is needed to contact you about your vehicle inquiry. We do not sell your data, we do not spam, and we delete it on request.
1. Who we are
MaxUsAutos (hereinafter — "we") is a vehicle sourcing and delivery service for importing cars from US auctions to Ukraine. For personal data enquiries, contact us at: [email protected].
2. What data we collect
Data you submit through forms on the site: your name, phone number, email address (optional), and the text of your enquiry (desired vehicle, budget).
Technical data required for spam protection and correct operation of the site: IP address (for rate limiting), traffic source parameters (UTM tags), selected time zone (cookie).
Anonymised analytics data about site visits (pages viewed, session duration) — not linked to your identity.
3. How we use it
The sole purpose of collecting contact data is to respond to your enquiry: to help select a vehicle, send a cost estimate, or answer your questions.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. We do not send marketing communications without your consent.
4. Where data is stored
Enquiry form submissions are delivered to our managers via secure services: Telegram (manager notification) and email (Resend). The contents of a submission are also stored in the site database, so an enquiry is not lost if those services are unavailable. Only administrators can access it; this data is never shown on public pages.
Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (bot detection) and a rate-limiting service (Upstash). These services receive only the technical information required for verification.
5. Retention
Contact data is retained in the managers' working channels until the communication regarding your enquiry is concluded, after which it may be deleted upon your request.
6. Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its correction, or its deletion — write to us at [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
Consent to data processing may be withdrawn at any time by the same means.
7. Cookies
The site uses a minimal number of cookies: functional (selected time zone) and analytical (anonymised visit statistics). We do not use tracking cookies that follow you across other websites.
8. Policy changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a revised date. Date of last update: June 2026.
