Ask an expert ↑What does the damage type «Mechanical» mean
"Mechanical" flags a fault with the engine, transmission, or another major mechanical system. The exterior may look pristine, but buying without understanding the specific issue is a considerable risk.
What may be damaged
- engine or gearbox
- cooling system
- fuel system
- drivetrain
What to keep in mind
- high repair cost — from $1,500 to $10,000+
- vehicle often does not start or drive
Our advice: Only bid on these lots if you own a workshop or have a clear understanding of the exact fault. A free expert consultation can help you assess whether the numbers make sense.

About this model
2009 Honda Accord
Strengths
Weaknesses
