What does the damage type «Hail» mean

Hail damage is a common cosmetic issue for cars from the southern US states. It generally does not affect mechanical reliability, but leaves dozens of small dents across horizontal surfaces.

What may be damaged

hood, roof, trunk lid, upper portions of fenders
windshield (cracks)
paint and clear coat

What to keep in mind

loss of presentable appearance, difficult to resell without repair
corrosion risk where the clear coat has been breached

Our advice: Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) in Ukraine typically costs $400–$1,500. It is one of the most popular and cost-effective ways to restore a hail-damaged car.

Air Bags
Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback and Civic Type R vehicles. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 214, "Side Impact Protection."
