Get adviceSide damage occurs in T-bone collisions, impacts with parking barriers, or sideswipes. Structurally, the side of a vehicle is critical for occupant protection, so damage here deserves careful inspection.
Our advice: Pay close attention to the condition of side airbags and look for any signs of welding on the body pillars.

Remedy: Hyundai will notify owners, and dealers will inspect and reroute the wires in the front seat belt buckle harnesses to their proper locations, as necessary, free of charge.
