FAQ
Most US-auction lots are repairable — these are cars with insurance or minor damage. Whether a specific lot is worth restoring, we'll tell you honestly in a free consultation before bidding.
The turnkey price is the auction bid + shipping from the USA + customs clearance (duty, excise, VAT) + our fixed fee from $500. The exact figure for this specific lot is computed by the calculator on this page — you see the full breakdown before bidding.
«Front End» is a damage type per the auction's classification. Before you bid we provide a free expert review of the lot: assessing its real condition from the photos and the approximate repair cost.
We handle customs clearance: we calculate duty, excise and VAT per the current Customs Code formula and prepare all documents and certification. Rates depend on engine size, age and fuel type — the calculator accounts for this.
Usually 45–60 days from winning the auction to handover in Ukraine: US domestic logistics, ocean freight, customs. We send a report after each stage.
Auction yard: at the branch. We will confirm the pickup location before purchase.
The auction lists Wait Title. We will check its export and registration restrictions before bidding.
The auction lists the seller as State Farm Insurance. We will verify the details before bidding.

Reliability & recalls
Official recalls
Service Brakes, Hydraulic
Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2025 Transit vehicles. The brake pedal may disconnect from the brake booster pushrod, causing a loss of brake function. Remedy: The accessory protocol interface module (APIM) software will be updated by a dealer or through an over-the-air update, free of charge. This will be a phased campaign, with the remedy becoming available in different phases based on model and model years.
